The surroundings of this property were very peaceful and green, with lots of activities to enjoy. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who arranged transportation and helped us with directions. Our rooms were spacious and clean, with modern bathrooms and amenities. The outdoor swimming pool was especially nice, and we enjoyed the free bicycle and paddle boat rentals. The breakfast spread was delicious, with many choices to enjoy. our stay at this property was still a positive one and we enjoyed the activities and amenities that were offered.
We found that some staff members didn't speak English very well, which made communication a bit difficult. Additionally, the food in the restaurant was just okay, and we thought there could have been more variety in the buffet. Finally, the hot water in our room didn't work very well, which was a bit disappointing.

Spent Easter in a beautiful resort with stunning views of the backwaters. the cottages were clean and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed a two-hour boat ride along the backwaters at a reasonable price, which offered breathtaking views.
The menu could be better with more variety in the buffet. some staff members didn't speak much English, and the hot water seemed to have problems in some of the rooms.
